For all users: when you are connected to the broadcast:
The broadcast will be open at 12 PM. We encourage you to sign in early so that you can test your connection and so that you can see messages from the other family and friends online. When you connect into the room, you will either see a title screen showing a picture of Hilda with the date/time of the funeral service, or you will only see the actual video broadcast of the church (depending on what time you connect to the broadcast).
At any time during the broadcast and any time after you connect, you will see a button at the top of your screen that says Chat (on a mobile device, tap on the screen and you should see the Chat button appear at the button of the screen). Use the Chat button to type messages for the other people online to see, or for the Host to see (if you are having problems). Note that on the mobile device, when you tap on Chat, you will get a Chat screen come up and you will not be able to see the video broadcast until you ‘close’ the Chat window.
