Obituary of Miles Kenneth Waltz

Miles Kenneth Waltz was born on August 5, 1992, to Julie Waltz in Peace River, Alberta. For the majority of his growing up years, Miles lived with his grandparents on their farm near Peace River and took all of his schooling there. Miles loved the farm and couldn’t wait until he was old enough to drive.

In 2011 Miles got his class 1 license, and from that time on, he drove trucks. Miles started his career in northern Alberta hauling logs, and later moved to Unity, where he hauled crude oil.

Miles passed away on February 16, 2025, at Unity, Saskatchewan at the age of 32 years.

Miles leaves to mourn his friend, Stephanie; his children, Jasmine and Jackson; his siblings, Kynderly and Brandon; his grandparents, Ken and Bernice Waltz; his uncle, Darren (Nikki) Waltz and family; and his uncle, Ryan (Tracy) Bailey and family.

Miles was predeceased by his mother, Julie Waltz and his auntie, Coreen Bailey.

Miles will be deeply missed by his family and many friends.

A graveside service will be arranged at a later date.
