Douglas Lenard Herrington

Douglas “Doug” Herrington, was born on October 17, 1938, in Sylvania, Saskatchewan to parents, Charles and Frances Herrington.

Doug passed away on April 23, 2025, at the Unity & District Health Centre at the age of 86 years.

Doug will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of over 50 years, Shirley Tyndall; his children, Lenard and his son, Shane; Guy (Joanne), Kevin (Shelley); daughter in law, Gwen and her daughters, Chelsea and Kaylee; brother, Les; sisters, Faye & Ruth; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his son, Wade; his parents, his stepfather, four brothers, and four sisters.

In keeping with Doug’s wishes, no formal service will be held. Cremation has taken place.

Donations in Doug’s memory are gratefully being accepted to the Senlac Community Hall.
