Lillian Rose Mock was born on October 18, 1937 at Provost, Alberta. She was the third child of six children born to Elsden and Jessie Rampling.

She grew up on a farm 6 miles south of Cadogan and attended McCauley School before completing her schooling at Cadogan. She enjoyed horses and cattle, and cherished working with neighbors and family. She married Harold Mock on May 26, 1967, and together they had two children, Sandra and Shawn. They ranched in the Neutral Hills. Shawn married Michelle in 2013, and they were blessed with a granddaughter, Victoria on February 29, 2020.

Lillian will be forever loved and missed by her family; daughter, Sandra; son, Shawn (Michelle); granddaughter, Victoria; sisters, Margaret Kvigstad and Gayle (Bob) Howes; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband, Harold; parents, Elsden and Jessie; sisters and brother, Eva (James) Fossen, Carolyn Rampling and Robert Rampling; and brother in law, Clarence Kvigstad.
