Condolences to all of Joyce's loved ones. I had the honor of being her roommate back in 1981 in provost. We always had lots of laughs, Many a crib games and a few drinks. Thanks for the memories Joyce. RIP

Wayne & I have so many memories of Joyce! We had many beers together - with Joyce being on each side of the counter. When she was working, there was no guff that she would put up with! Wayne was on her stern side a few times! One summer, Joyce had started making and serving pizzas out of her house. Wayne mowed her lawn for her once and she paid him in pizza. That lawn was never so well kept as that summer! Joyce ran the answering service for Veteran and we were one of her customers. One afternoon, Joyce took a message and couldn't get hold of Wayne. She saw him drive by and wound up chasing him down the highway in her car to deliver that message. Talk about dedication! I am glad that I was able to visit with her last month and spend some time giggling over some of our shared times. Wayne & Janice Chapman

To Joyce’s daughters; Your mom was a one of a kind, we always had a visit, a good giggle and a see you soon, when I took my Avon to the Consort Lodge. She love the color RED and bright colors. You might find a jar or two of Moisture Therapy Extra Strength cream in her belongings. Joyce was very fond of my in-laws, they knew each other from Veteran and Loyalist. I will truly miss her, rest in peace, and make sure everyone is singing and dancing. Love you girlie.
