Obituary of Pearl Mildred Wagner

It is with love and remembrance that we announce the passing of Pearl Mildred Wagner, who was born on March 21, 1932, in Hughenden, Alberta, to parents Andrew and Inga Peterson.

Pearl lived a long and full life grounded in family, kindness, and community. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Bill Wagner, her mother Ingebord, father Andrew, sisters Mabel, Evelyn, Violet, and brothers Jack, Stan, Oliver, Gerald, Albert, and Emil.

She is lovingly remembered and survived by her brother Lennart, daughter Viola (Larry), and son Clifford (Esther). Pearl’s legacy continues through her grandchildren Tracey (Mark), Kristen (Mike), Andrea (James), and Ashley (John), and her great-grandchildren Hailey, Adam, Whitney, Paige, Auburn, Jett, Oak, Harper, Reilyn, and Declan, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Pearl will be fondly remembered for her warmth, her gentle spirit, and her deep love for her family. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a graveside service to honor and celebrate Pearl’s life on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the Provost Cemetery.
