To: Miss Gwen Loran/Stang (who taught me in Grade 3 in 1956 ) and to Rudy and Gwen's family. What a beautiful service. We watched the service on line as we are sorry we were unable to attend. I want to let you know that you and your family will not only be remembered through these difficult hours but also in the days and weeks to come. Dear Gwen and family, You are in my thoughts and prayers as I learned of Rudolph’s passing. I am surrounded with such warm and kind memories of a caring man, who always greeted you with a welcome smile and incredible respect. I was blessed to work with Rudolf at Bunnock and experienced his love of family, faith and community. He volunteered tirelessly in all those areas. If you were to pay him a compliment, he would brush it all off and always say to credit you, Gwen. Second to that was his pride in his children - always told in that modest quiet manner with a smile that reached all the way to his eyes. We have all been blessed to know him.
