Obituary of Maureen Ann Flett

On November 25, 2025, Maureen (Speers) Flett passed away peacefully at Wainwright Continuing Care, with Katie and Derek lovingly by her side.

Maureen will be forever remembered by her family: her devoted husband of 54 years, Derek Flett; her son Jeremy Flett and his wife Sarah, with their daughter Dani; and her daughter Katie Redekop and her husband Jeff, with their children Mercedes and Jacob.

Maureen lived her life grounded in a deep love for Jesus and her family. Her faith shaped everything she did. She loved people wholeheartedly and cherished every opportunity to visit, connect, and offer encouragement. She had a generous heart for volunteering in the churches she attended and throughout her community.

A funeral service to celebrate Maureen’s life will be held on Monday, December 8th at 2:00 p.m. at the Czar Community Hall.
