Obituary of Frances Gertrude Shapka

On October 31, 2009 Frances Gertrude Shapka passed away at the age of 94 years at St. Joseph's Health Center in Macklin, SK. Frances will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by her son, Lloyd (Betty) Shapka of Macklin, SK; grandsons, Dean (Leanne) and their children, Jill & Erin; Del (Carrie) and their children, Colby, Kassi, Kyle & Cort; Derek; Duane (Nicole) and their son, Nial; David; sisters, Leona Ebert of Pentiction, BC, Marion Flickinger of Morinville, AB; sisters in law, Pat (Eldon) Sherrington of Lethbridge, AB, Georgia (Howard) (Donald) Haney of Lethbridge, AB, Helen Skoreiko of Edmonton, AB, and Elizabeth Shapka of Edmonton, AB; brother in law, George (Marjorie) Storyack of Lethbridge, AB; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Frances was predeceased by her husband, Alex; daughter, Pauline; brothers, Eldon, Wayne(Betty) and Donald; sister, Marjorie Storyack.
