Obituary of Shirley Marie Penman

On April 13, 2010 Mrs. Shirley Marie Penman (nee Anderson) passed away peacefully at the Bethany Care Centre in Cochrane, Alberta at the age of 75 years. She will be greatly missed by her children, Duane (Della), Deana, Aaron; her grandchildren, Perry, Jade, Russell and Bradley as well as her godchildren and numerous family and friends. Shirley was predeceased by her loving husband Dave. Shirley was born and raised in the Czar Alberta area. She married David Penman in 1954. They lived in Edmonton until 1961 when Dave was transferred to Calgary. Shirley endured her chronic illness and pain with a sense of humour, great strength and courage. Shirley was the center of her family and lived to spend time with her children and grandchildren.
