Dear Lorna and family, Our sincere condolences for the loss of Larry. My husband Wilf and I watched the beautiful memorial service on-line from Mexico. The stories shared and the picture tribute spoke to the wonderful family man Larry was and the community spirit he demonstrated throughout his life. It brought back fond memories of our visits to Compeer over the years and the connections we feel with extended family. Wishing you comfort in this time of sorrow. Carmen (Read) Hengeveld

Dear Lorna and family, We were so sad hear of Larry’s passing. He was a much-loved cousin. When we were kids, Brian, Carmen, Jim, and I always looked forward going to Compeer to see the gang. Barb and I watched the funeral online from Edmonton. The testimonials provided a moving and heartfelt portrait of a fine guy. The big crowd there was a testament to how well Larry was respected and admired. All our best to you, Hugh Read, Barbara Calvert, and family
