So very sorry to learn of Gladys's passing. My parents, Len and Dol, were very close to Art and Gladys and, although we left Macklin in 1968, Dad and Gladys kept in touch long after that, exchanging phone calls annually until he passed away in 2015. Thinking of Gladys will always give me a warm feeling. Our condolences to Norma, Don and families.

It was an honor to have Gladys as a friend from the time you walked into her presence until you left she made you feel very welcome and had a warm presence about her. Her family was her everything she talked about her kids her grandkids and her great grandkids they were her everything. My favorite memory was probably the times when I would FaceTime with Peggy from the nursing home with her mom Grace aunt Gladys and aunt Vi, always good for a laugh ❤️ RIP’Glady’ Love Terri Murrell

Our Deepest Condolences to all of you. She was a wonderful lady with a heart of gold. She leaves you with such wonderful memories! I will cherish my memories of her. Families gatherings were always bit more exciting when the Aunties showed. I’m sorry we wont be there. But will thinking of you all.

Norma & Jerry, Donny & Donna & all your families, We were very saddened to hear of Auntie Gladys' passing. She was such a vibrant person, always organizing something or someone, and always with a smile on her face. Now...she's in heaven, reconnecting with your Dad & Leslie, and the rest of the family...can you just imagine the reunion they're having!! She always made me feel so special, and was always interested in hearing about the rest of our family, and where they all were. There are lots of memories that I have of Auntie Gladys, and all of them bring joy to my heart. My wish for you all is peace, joy & love when you remember your Mom, Grandma & Great Grandma!
