Obituary of Dorothy Mildred Pegg

The family regrets to announce the recent passing of Dorothy Pegg in Edmonton, Alberta on September 27, 2013 at 86 years of age, following a brief but valiant battle with cancer. Dorothy was born in Provost, Alberta to Frederick Pegg and Mildred, nee Rampling, on July 27, 1927. Dorothy leaves to mourn her sister, Marjory Hager; brothers, Dennis & Trevor Pegg; nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by her parents and three brothers, Charles, Harold, and George. During her working career Dorothy had been a stenographer and personal secretary to industry executives and university deans. For the last eleven years she had resided at Grace Manor in Edmonton where she was kindly and compassionately cared for by the staff of The Salvation Army. If desired, in lieu of flowers donations in Dorothy's honor may be made to this charity.
