We were so shocked and saddened to hear about Gord. Our thoughts are with you Pat, as well as with Mary, Heather and their families, and with Kay. We will remember him for his love of family, his passion for flying, his skills in the workshop, and the twinkle in his eye. Love from Stella, Les, Heidi, Eric and Jason.

I will miss Gord greatly. He was responsible for me getting back into flying after a 30-year layoff. Gord always wanted to share his love for aviation with anyone interested. I considered him a mentor. Gord was also very proud of the wide spectrum of aviation friends he had, and he worked hard to maintain the relationships. At Oshkosh in 2013, I introduced some my new Burlington, Ontario friends to Gord, and in true Gord fashion, he insisted that we join the Alberta crowd for dinner at Jeff's on Rugby on the Tuesday night. Somehow he managed to persuade an already very busy restaurant to work us all in, and it worked perfectly. My Burlington friends remember Gord well, and are saddened by his loss. My deepest condolences to Pat and the family.

Condolences; Pat, Mary, Heather and families my deepest condolences on the passing of Gord. Gord and I go back to the early 80''s . I will never forget the trip we took together to Oshkosh. Gord gave me a lot of encouragement to start the aerodrome at Martensville . We had many interesting conversations and laughs together I will miss his insight . It was good to have seen him just a few weeks ago when he stopped in to Saskatoon for a visit.

Pat, Mary, Heather and Families: My heartfelt condolences go out to all of you on the loss of Gord. Gord's friendship, enthusiasm, and advice in all things aviation related was deeply valued. I first got to know Gord in the early 80's when I learned to fly and was soon bitten by the Oshkosh bug. For many years a group of us met every Saturday for lunch at Subway restaurant in Saskatoon for "Fly-Boys Lunch", great memories that I will always cherish.

Gord will be missed. My thoughts are with Pat and family. Gordon exuded enthusiasim for aviation, in particular his Bonanza, and we spent many hours planning and enjoying flights, to Oshkosh , Su-nFun, and many others. It will be hard to replace my wingman, especially after all the attitude training he invested in me.

Pat, Mary, Heather, Grandma Kay, and family, My heartfelt condolesences to you each of you. I grieve with you on Gordon's passing. While I only met him a handful of times, I was always taken by the passion in his eye as it came to his family and his airplanes. That look is captured so beautifully in the picture you've included him with his beaming smile. I'm here for you. - Dawn
