Helen May Laye was born May 11, 1929 in Provost, Alberta to Peter and Maggie Fossen. She passed away Monday, October 6, 2014 at Provost Health Centre Long Term Care at 85 years of age. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 64 years, Albert; children, Reany (Lana) Laye and his family, Brett (Tanya), Shane (Erica) and their daughter, Abigail; Blake and Jenna; Trudy (Rick) Landmark and their family, Cody (Brandee) and their children, Ashlyn, Kadence and Brylee; Kyle, Wade, Amber and her daughter, Aubree; Leon (Dana) Laye and their family, Derric (Montana), Kelsey (Ben); Darcy (Terry) Laye and their family, Raina and Clint; brother, Harvey; as well as many other relatives and friends. Helen was predeceased by her sisters, Loreen (Algie) Schultz, Joyce (Steve) Hahn, Shirley MacIntosh, Barbara (Ron) Rice; and sister in law, Nancy Fossen.
