Ella Emily was born September 27, 1910 in the Greenglade District, Alberta, to Ida (Lang) & Phillip Jackson. Ella passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Provost Health Centre at the age of 101 years. Ella is survived by her daughter-in-law, Marjorie Hager; grandchildren, Myra Sonsteby, Lynnann (William) Gartner, Eleanor (Steve) Gartner, Alan (Charlene) Hager, Wayne (Tammy) Hager; great-grandchildren, Nichole (Dave), Michael (Shawna), Bobbie-Jean (Craig), Matthew, Sheldon (Josie), Allycia (Conrad), Shalee (Kristopher), Jacob (Lacey), Benjamin, Christina, Lillian, Jamie, Christopher, Beth, Emma, Zachary; great-great-grandchildren, Kyla, Koryn, Eric, Helena, Devon, Ashton, Ethan, Emma, Jaxon, Dylan, and Joseph. She was predeceased by her husband, Simon; and son, Ernest.
