Obituary of Wanda Luella McMann

Wanda Luella McMann, beloved wife of Herman McMann, passed away peacefully in Bow Island on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at the age of 72 years, with family by her side. Besides her loving husband Herman, she is survived by their children, daughter Gwen (Glen) Young of Burdett and family Alex and Brittney and son Bruce (May) McMann of Newark, California and family Kyle and Kari. She is also survived by her sister Joyce (Merle) Taylor of Wainwright, brother Lyle Rudd of Provost; numerous nieces, nephews, and she will be fondly remembered by Herman's family. She was predeceased by her mother Donna Rudd (nee Pierce) in 1990 and her father Ted Rudd in 1992. Wanda was born on July 8, 1943 in Provost where she received her schooling. She met Herman McMann and they were married in Provost on November 23, 1962. They lived in Edmonton where their children were born, before moving back to the family farm at Provost in 1976. In 2000, Herman and Wanda relocated to Burdett where they have resided until her passing.
