Obituary of Timothy Edward Colp

Timothy Edward Colp of Metiskow, Alberta was born on May 22, 1937 in Provost, Alberta to Percy and Pearl Colp. On January 30, 1960 Tim married Linda Anderson and together they would raise their three children, Brian, Paula and Shauna in Metiskow. Surrounded by his family, Tim passed away after a long battle with dementia on July 1, 2017 at the Provost Health Centre - Long Term Care at the age of 80 years. Tim will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of 57 years, Linda; children, Brian Colp, Paula (Keith) Motley and Shauna Colp; grandchildren, Breanna Colp, Jeffery Colp (Raichle), Jade-Lee Colp (Cody), Nathan (Kassy) Colp, Shaela Colp (Kirby), Kelsey (Cody) Wittmack, Avery Motley, Charday Motley, Tegan Colp and Dawson Bordeleau; 13 great grandchildren; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Tim was predeceased by his parents, Percy and Pearl Colp, seven brothers and one sister. Tim will be remembered for his sense of humour, strength and sense of family. His children, grandchildren and great grandchildren will cherish the memories of their dad and grandpa and continue to hold him close to their hearts.
