Norbert John Biever was born on July 7, 1927 near Rosenheim, Alberta to John and Helen (nee Specht) Biever. He passed away peacefully at the Provost Health Centre on April 26, 2012 at the age of 84 years with his family by his side. Norbert will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by his wife of nearly 59 years, Rosemary; children, Larry (Charmaine) Biever of Provost, Harvey Biever of Edmonton, Yvonne (Tino) Sprecher of Medicine Hat and Joan (Bryne) Gramlich of Duchess; grandchildren, Alissa (Chris) and their daughter, Carsyn; Janelle (Greg) and their children, Tustin & Taezen; Kyle; Joe-Lynn; Angelica and her daughter, Solena; Terrell; Troy; Tyson; Cody and Chantal; brother, Vernon (Lila) Biever; sisters, Hilda Schultz and Adeline Paulgaard; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Norbert was predeceased by his son, Jerome; brother, Lloyd (Clara) Biever; brothers in law, Edward Schultz and Palmer Paulgaard.
