Elaine and I would like to express our sympathies the to all of the Walch family, ( Tom, Nicki, Ingrid and Petra and all of your families). We have many fond memories of our visits at the Walch home and the hospitality shown to us. To this day I will always remember the best coffee I ever hand was prepared by Mrs. Walch and it is because of her that I still appreciate the joy of a great cup of coffee in the morning. She has raised a great family and she will be missed. Our thoughts are with you as you celebrate her life .

Our sincere condolences Tommy, Nicki, Ingrid and Petra for the loss of your mom. When we were kids your mom opened your home to us where Dan and I enjoyed many sleepovers. In fact, the first time we ever had "fish 'n chips" was at your house, on a Friday, when we were lucky enough to be dinner guests! (That might be how your mom became, forever, cemented in my mind as a special lady). And...she really was!! Please know that you are not alone on remembering a truly welcoming and remarkable lady.

Our deepest sympathies to the family. We only spent a short time caring for your mom but I do have some lessons she talk us. The love of music especially piano in the evening when she was ready for bed. To learn to explain what the outside looked like and how we did any care to make her feel comfortable. The amount of love that showed in her smile and eyes when her family came to visit. She was a very dignified and lovely spirit that I feel very privileged to have taken care off. I am sure she is with your dad making beautiful music and dancing.

My deepest sympathies to you all. I have many fond memories of Mrs. Walch. One being her wonderful apple cake. It was the best. I am sure being at your home and yard as a child helped me develop many of my gardening skills. I know some of my plants are in my yard because she could grow them. I also remember the many visits playing with Ingrid and Petra and the amazing puppets and store. I also remember the Macklin Concerts. It was a great introduction to the many cultures that came to Macklin. She was a great part of the guiding organization, help us with badges etc. And the trips to out of town concerts were wonderful too. She truly was a lady to model ones self after, may she rest in peace. May all your memories bring you comfort in the days and years ahead.

Heartfelt condolences to Tommy, Nicki, Ingrid and Petra for the loss of your Mom. May all the precious memories give you peace. As memories last forever. I have many fond memories of your Mom. I remember coming into the back door of your house, into the galley kitchen. Your Mom was chopping onions. When she turned around to greet me, I noticed she had plastic wrap over her eyes. I asked her why she did that and her reply was to avoid tears, but it was not working. She use to host the best birthday parties. She'd have us Fischer kids over for parties in your awesome upstairs play room or in the side yard. I remember talking to her often through the bushes while we were in our gardens. I still have a pair of pyjamas she sewed for my doll, that she gave me for one of my birthdays. We had you as great neighbors for as many years as I can remember. RIP Mrs Walch and thanks for the memories.
