Obituary of Myrna Lee Adams

Please share a memory of Myrna to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
With absolute sadness and loss, we announce the passing of Myrna Lee (Hager) Adams at the age of 69. She was born on June 23, 1948 in Provost, Alberta to Robert and Wanda Hager and grew up in a loving family with five sisters and five brothers. Myrna attended school in Provost and achieved her High School Diploma in 1966. She attended the University of Alberta in Edmonton where she met Lochlan Adams and they were married on April 20, 1967 Soon after, they moved to Czar, Alberta to start a mixed farming operation and were proud to welcome two children to their family, Brett Conrad on September 11, 1969 and Tara Lee on December 30, 1971. Over the years she moved to a number of places including Phoenix, Kelowna, Kamloops, Wainwright, Edmonton, Calgary and Olds. It was in Kamloops where she received her certificate in Computer Aided Design which was her career for a number of years. Through all the years, she always tried to spend as much time as possible with her children and grand-children and was great at keeping in touch with all of her extended family. Myrna was always a hard worker and a loving person and we all have wonderful memories of her. She loved to knit and work on art projects and always enjoyed a family get together. Nothing made Myrna happier than spending time with family and friends whether it was an evening of visiting, trips to see family or attending church events. She will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by her children, Tara (Jim) and Brett (Laurie); grandson, Tate; granddaughters Grace, Alyssa and Kayla; sisters, Dawn, Lorna, Joan, Judy and Marcia; brothers, Murray, Grant, Dean, Craig and Danny. She was predeceased by her loving parents, Wanda and Robert Hager and numerous aunts and uncles and other close relatives.
