Obituary of Theresa Marie Kohlman

Theresa Marie was born October 28, 1937 to Adolph and Rose Stang. Her step mother Amelia (Blatz) joined the family shortly after Theresa married George Kohlman on April 9, 1958. Theresa was the middle daughter in a family of 11, she grew up on the family farm in the Macklin area. Always the care-giver, Theresa helped raise her brothers and sisters after her mother passed away. She was loved by all of her siblings: +Noella (+Ron), +Bruno (Augustine), +Silver (Tedi), +Othmar (+Mary), +Joe (Marie), Willie (Marj), Philip (Joane), Josie (Louis), +Sonny, & Ben (Wendy) as well as numerous other relatives and friends. In their 60 wonderful years together, Theresa and George raised their own family of eleven on a farm near Grosswerder church. Theresa raised her children with a calm manner, a quiet disposition, and a few threats of "Wait until your dad gets home!" She will remain in their hearts forever: Randy (Paulette), Wayne (Bonnie), Pat (Laurie), Corinne (Dan), Jackie (Lyle), Brian, Lisa, Laura (Kelly), Leslie (Rachelle), +Mary, Trevor (Gloris). George and Theresa were blessed with fifteen grandchildren. "Grandma T" as she was fondly called, loved nothing more than visits from her grandchildren. Her beautiful smile will remain in their hearts forever: Amy (Bruce), +Craig, Kierra |(Jesse), Teagan (Nick), Bailey, Amanda, Shalee (Curtis), Mitchell, Candace (David), Rochelle (Matt), Amber, Tyrel (Landon), Braedon, Dylan, Jayna As the grandchildren grew, so did the family. The house was filled even more with the blessing of ten great grandchildren: Lucas, Kaybree, Nova, Ezekiel, Piper, Cooper, Alexander, Keaton, Jayce & Lincoln. Theresa passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on June 4, 2018 at the Provost Long Term Care Facility at the age of 80 years.
