Obituary of Kurt Hansen

On May 22, 2012, with his sisters by his side, Mr. Kurt Hansen passed away at the Provost Health Centre at the age of 69 years. Kurt was born on December 30, 1942 in Glusted, Denmark to Kirstejn & Sigrid Hansen. It was in Glusted, Denmark where Kurt took his schooling. From age 14-18 he worked on different farms. Then at age 18 he joined the army and later he went to agricultural school where he learned many different farming techniques, in Denmark; as well as Sweden, U.S.A. and Canada. Eventually his education and knowledge paid off when he bought himself his own farmland and cattle. Kurt had a great passion for farming, cattle and horses and he loved each of these dearly. Left to cherish Kurt and forever remember his legacy are his loving sisters, Ida and Birthe; brother-in-law, Raymond; as well as many, many close friends. Kurt was predeceased by his parents, Sigrid & Kirstejn.
