My condolences to the Ted Larson family. I have a lot of fond memories of Ted that go back to when I was a kid. I remember him as a kind and friendly man who always seemed to have time to help me out whether I was building a bird house or starting my lawn mowing business when I was 12 years old. He let me walk out of the store with a top of the line lawn mower with accessories for only a $ 2.50 down payment with the rest to be paid off as I earned some money. He said I could start at his mother’s place. This world could sure use more people like Ted Larson. Gods speed.

Ted was a very memorable person in my “growing up in Provost” years. I would go down to the store with a note from Mom and give it to Mr. Larson. He would put the purchase on my parents’ account to be paid monthly, place it in a paper bag and give me a sucker! In later years Denis bought many miscellaneous things which he needed for the jobs he was doing in Provost. Was amazing what he carried in the store. Our deepest sympathy at the loss of this wonderful man.

My sincere condolences to the Larson Family! I have so many fond memories of being sent down the street from the Bakery to the hardware store for items we required to keep the shop going! Mr Larson was such a kind gentleman and always helped this lad out... even gave me a "cut" on a set of wheels and axles for a go cart project I was building.
