Emma Flad was born July 12, 1931 at Macklin, Saskatchewan to Martin & Francis Walz. She entered into rest on December 20, 2009 at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Lyndon(Dallas) Flad, their children Derek & Devon, Maureen(Daryl) Zimmer, their children Landon, Del & Leslie, Tim(Meloni) Flad, their children Chance & Cole; brothers, Raymond(Helen), Edward(Shirley), Jerome(Doreen), Louis(Betty), Douglas(Lynn); sisters, Alice(Joe), Irene(Bill), Doreen(Gerry); sisters-in law, Hilda and Jean. Emma was predeceased by her husband, William; brothers, Pius & Kenneth; and sister, Alvina.
