Obituary of Cynthia Marie Scherger

Cindy Scherger was born to Joseph and Mary Reichert in Fairview, Alberta, on August 4, 1966. She attented St. Thomas Moore until she graduated in 1984 and was then accepted to Marvel Hairstyling School. Cindy went on to receive her beautician Journeyman certificate in August of 1986. Thereafter, Cindy moved to Provost and began her career at Haircraft Salon. After years of dedicated work, she purchased the salon and built a vast number of clientele. During this time she met Brian Scherger and they were married on August 8, 1998. Cindy went on to become a loving mother to Tyler and Michaela. Her love of the outdoors brought hobbies such as hunting, fishing and camping with all of her family and friends. She enjoyed these activities for as long as she could, until her illness took hold. Cindy battled bravely for several years until June 17, 2012 when she finally found peace and serenity she so very much deserved. Cindy will be lovingly remembered by her husband Brian; children, Tyler (Candace) and Michaela; parents, Joe & Mary Reichert;sister, Denise (Sam); brothers, Henry, Gerald, Dan (Jieun) and Lawrence (Monica); mother in law, Carol Scherger; all of her faithful clientele; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
