Katherine Barbara Stang was born to Peter & Helen Kollman on October 26, 1912 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She peacefully passed away at the St. Joseph's Health Centre on June 18, 2012 at the age of 99 years. Katherine will be lovingly rememberd by her children, Alex (Judy) Stang, Rosemarie Herbst, Edwin (Rosemarie) Stang, Madeline Wulff (Jerry), Irene (Edmund) Stang and Angie (Robert) Steuerwald; thirty-one grandchildren; seventy-six great-grandchildren; thirteen great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Joe (Mary), Pete, Ed (Nicole) and Leo (Rosemarie); sisters, Mary, Rose and Josie (Jim); as well as many extended relatives and friends. Katherine was predeceased by her husband, John (1976); brother, John (Rose); sister, Anne (John); son-in-law, Doug Risling; nine grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Ralph and Nels; sisters-in-law, Agnes and Anne.
