Obituary of Eric George Penney

Eric George Penney was born on December 19, 1938 in Markland, Newfoundland. Son of Florence Luffman, raised with the help of his grandparents, James and Jane Penney. Eric passed away peacefully on Monday, April 26, 2010 at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan at the age of 71 years. Eric will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by his wife of 50 years, Susan; daughters, Barb (Gord) Legge of Macklin, Bev Cumby of Macklin, Amy Penney of Macklin, Marilyn (Barry) Duke of Lloydminster, and Tammy (Craig) Gosse of Lloydminster; daughter in law, Connie; grandchildren, Curtis (Cathy), Krista (Riley), Coleen (Greg), Katelyn, Nic, Erica, Simone, Jarrod and Hannah; great grandchildren, Micheal, Brooklyn, Braxton, Sarah, Cole, Anna Leigh and Ashlyn; brother, Selby (Helen); sister, Vera (Winston); brother in law, Rudy (Cathy); sisters in law, Laura (Richard) and Erma; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Eric was predeceased by his son, Morley; granddaughter, Penni; mother, Florence; son in law, Howard; brother, Ronald; and brother in law, Albert.
