i am never the one to say good bye to a father that u have been to me and the advice u have given over the course of my life,but wish i had the chance to have to say thank u for how i have turned out in my life and ur teaching and talks that u shared with me and many other great people over the course of ur life.U have become a big part of all our lives with ur gentle and kind heart,and showed us all that the sky is the limit when it comes to life and family.I know u are watching over us all and hope even with ur passing i can make u proud of being my father as i try to figure out wat it takes to be the man u became with all aspects of life,as u being a husband,uncle,friend and grampa,and the hopes i one day can fill the cowboy boots u walked in

Good bye Ray, you touched my heart and my life. You always treated me with respect, love and a kind word. You adored my daughter, your neice Leeann Shuttleworth. You always spoiled the kids, Dwayne and Lee had you wrapped around their little fingers. swimming in the pool, in the livingroom, eating ice cream till they could eat no more.
