Phyllis Caroline Sullivan was born on April 13, 1930 in Provost, Alberta to Phillip Sr. & Stephanie (nee Ruth) Hochhausen. After fighting a courageous battle with cancer, Phyllis passed away on September 1, 2010 in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. Phyllis will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by her children, Susan (Ron) Klatchuk & their family, Shaun (Jody) and their children, Lexi & Kali; Amy (Neal) and their children, Connor & Madison; Kent and Meghan; Bill (Debbie) Sullivan and their family, Brady, Ginger, Chad and Michael (Angela); John (Brenda) Sullivan and their family, Kristy (Chase) and their daughter, Abby; Jamie and Sarah (Ellis); Karen Milligan and her family, Alicia, Brittany and Travis; daughter in law, Faye and her family, Mandy (Cory) and their children, Teagan & Ty; Ian and Taylor; brothers, Eugene (Mary) and Francis (Joan); sisters, Trudy, Marie (Ray) and Catherine; sisters in law, Amalia and Dorothy; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, William; sons, Ronald and Marvin; brothers, William, Henry and Phillip; sister, Margaret (Herman); brothers in law, Paul and Frank.
