Agnes Gunda was born on February 8, 1915 to Hans & Annette (nee Paulgaard) Syverson in a sod house on the farm near Bodo, Alberta. She passed away peacefully on November 6, 2010 at the Provost Long Term Care at the age of 95 years. She will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by her son, Allan (Sybil) Akre of Provost; daughter, Helena (Robert) Anderson of Edmonton; grandchildren, Laurie (Dave) Aldrich and Deborah McGetrick; great grandchildren, Janelle, Shayna, Jennifer and Patricia; great great grandchildren, Elise and Enzo. Agnes will also be sadly missed by her sisters, Pauline Jones, Helga Egedahl and Gina Frost; extended family Paula, Eric, Matthew and Leah Larsson and Kim Akre; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Agnes was predeceased by her husband Alvin; daughters, Mary and Lorraine; grandchildren, Darren and Brian; brother, Selmer Syverson; daughter-in-law Jean; brothers-in-law Bill, Ernie and George.
