Obituary of Lisa Ellen Blue

Lisa Ellen Blue (nee Smith) was born February 8, 1967 at Revelstoke, British Columbia to Floyd & Grace Smith. Lisa passed away peacefully on December 1, 2010 at the Provost Health Center at the age of 42 years. Lisa worked as an office administrator in Provost, AB. She enjoyed camping, travelling and entertaining. She was outgoing and believed in honesty, true friendship and family. One of the most important things to Lisa was to spend time with her family. She belonged to a social organization, The Lutheran Church. The main thing that shaped her thoughts, as well as changing her life, was finding out she had cancer. She died after a courageous 3 year battle of fighting cancer. Lisa was a wife, daughter ,and mother. She will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by her parents, Floyd & Grace; husband of 6 years, Terry; daughter, Haleigh Doerkson; sister, Candy Potter. We all have our own memories with her and hoped for many more. She will be loved and missed.
