My aunt Nora was happy no matter what! She always remembered me and Denim. Whenever she looked at me she would do a cute little smile and I didn't know what it meant. Whenever I hugged her she always hugged me back. She laughed at everyone's stories. Aunt Nora was kinda grouchy about wearing this jersey but when I came in the pictures she'd always smile! We are still going to celebrate on your 100th birthday. I will always love you forever.

Aunt Elenora was someone who could bring a smile to my face no matter what! I loved to go see her on the farm when I was a kid, especially if she was making dumplings! I always enjoyed our visits in Lloydminster and so did Brent and the kids. As soon as we mentioned Lloydminster the kids would beg to go visit Aunt Nora and Uncle Joe. My last visit to Aunt Nora is one I will never forget. I brought this hockey jersey with a #99 for her to have photos done on her 99th birthday! She thought it was a silly idea and she really wasn't too excited about the photo shoot. In fact, as I was puting the sweater over her head I believe she was ready to punch me...but I started to giggle and so did the kids and in a few seconds she was laughing right along with us and posing for pictures! My kids had a huge 100th birthday celebration planned for her and were devestated to here she passed away, but I assured them that she was tired and ready to go and that on Aug. 23 we will celebrate and she will be looking down giggling! I was always so proud of my Aunt Nora's sense of fashion and even in her 90's she looked great from head to toe and was still sporting high heels! We will all miss her dearly!

Aunt Nora loved the farm and my favorite memories of her took place there. She loved the outdoors and spent most summers outside caring for her garden and flowers. She also loved quilting and most everyone in the family has one of her large comfy quilts. I remember the kitchen table filled with rows of fresh baked bread....it was so good.
Aunt Nora loved her family and she loved children most of all. Growing up and being able to spend time with her was such a blessing. She treated everyone in her life with kindness. Love you forever Aunt Nora.
