Obituary of Josh Pletz
Please share a memory of Josh to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Joshua Jacob Pletz was born in Provost, Alberta on November 4, 2002 to proud parents, Jason Pletz and Kelli Weinkauf.
One can never understand why someone so young, positive and full of life could be taken from us so suddenly and needlessly. Josh’s smile and selfless willingness to please others, coupled with his jokester personality will truly be missed and thought of often by all having the pleasure of knowing him.
Josh will always be remembered for his endless smiles, his heart of gold, his love of cars, trucks, dirt bikes and quads. He was very adventurous and loved being outside and especially with all of his friends.
Life will never be the same without you our precious little man. This isn’t goodbye; this is sadly only goodbye for now, until we all meet again. He will be forever in our hearts and minds, and his memory for us will be a constant reminder of all the laughter, love, and precious moments he created and shared with all given the pleasure of knowing him. Josh was loved and adored by all and will continue to be for the rest of time.
He was taken too soon from us early in the morning on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Provost, Alberta at the age of 16 years.
Josh will be loved and remembered forever by his Parents, Jason Pletz (Teressa Schilz) and Kelli Weinkauf (Justin Kohlman); Brothers and Sister, Jaden Pletz, Mackenzie Cooper, Jesse Reiniger, Kaiden Kohlman and Alden Kohlman; Grandparents, Fred & Loretta Weinkauf, Lloyd & Lenore Pletz, Jana Sander and Lorne & Linda Kohlman; Aunts and Uncles, Bruce Weinkauf, Chris & Tara Weinkauf, Jody Weinkauf, Jason & Angela Polischuk and Kim Pletz; Cousins, Brianne Reinbold, Coby Weinkauf, Dalton Weinkauf, Allyssa Stang, Tamara Murray, Brayden Pletz-Sebation and Destiny Polischuk; as well as numerous other extended family, friends, classmates and teachers.
