Otto Peter Weinkauf was born on April 19, 1939 in Macklin, Saskatchewan to parents, Reinhold and Barbara Weinkauf.
Otto had numerous jobs, working for farmers, working on the telephone line, Saskatchewan Wheat Pool Elevators and the Town of Macklin.
Otto always enjoyed a friendly game of smear, crib, wood working projects and having coffee with friends; but most of all, Otto’s pride and joy was family.
In the early morning hours of July 29, 2019, Otto passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Provost Health Centre – Long Term Care at the age of 80 years.
Otto leaves to mourn, his sisters, Eleanora Brost, Rose (Edwin) Stang, Hilda Feser, Agnes Rolheiser, Augustine Stang and Pauline (Denis) Wildeman; nieces and nephews, Jerry (Laurie), Janice (Jim), Lyle (Nicole), Lori (Keith), Anita, Dale (Darlene), Daryl (Maureen), Kevin, Sherry (Greg), Coralee (Kelly), Gary, Brian (Paige), Alicia, Vanessa, Bonnie (Jeff), Eric (Catherine), Trina (Neil), Stacey (Kayla), Danny (Cheryl), Pamela (Joel), Rick (Tina), Sandra (Troy), Warren (Jody), Wesley (Shauna), Jolene (Mike), Jarin (Paula), Twyla (Noel), Scott (Christal) and Brandon; as well as numerous great nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Otto was predeceased by his parents, Reinhold and Barbara; brother, Ron; sister in law, Angela Weinkauf; brother in laws, Pius Brost, Gabe Feser, John Rolheiser, Bruno Stang; and great neice, Blake Wildeman.
