Obituary of Brian Schaab

Brian Joseph Schaab was born on July 20, 1967 to Alois and Kathleen Schaab at Kerrobert, Saskatchewan.  Brian passed away peacefully at the Lloydminster Hospital on September 7, 2019 at 52 years of age.

Brian grew up on a farm with his siblings Lloyd, Tracey and Clifton near Cactus Lake, Saskatchewan.  He took on a number of different jobs but his passion was mechanical work, thus he made a career change and achieved his ticket as a Heavy Duty Mechanic.  Brian took pride in his work and was very meticulous in his methods. If you've ever heard his stories you would know this as well.  That wasn't Brian's only achievement; he had three daughters, Kiara, Jessica, and Olivia, whom he dearly loved. 

About 15 years ago things took a turn in his life and he was diagnosed with a degenerative muscle disease that stopped him from having a full time job as a mechanic. This didn't hinder his determined spirit, as he still helped Dad on the farm and many friends and family.

Brian was a unique character and had his own way of coming across.  He loved to talk and tell stories to anybody who was willing to listen.  Brian had a strong will to live and maintained his fierce independence to the day he passed away with cancer.  He was an inspiration to many people.

Brian will lovingly be remembered and forever missed by his children, Kiara Schaab, Jessica Schaab and Olivia Schaab; siblings, Lloyd (Sheila) Schaab, Tracey (Jody) Biever, Clifton (Leah) Schaab; nieces and nephews, Denique Schaab, Walker Schaab, Kaylee Zawyrucha, Owen Zawrucha, Zowie Biever, Nolan Biever, Jasmine Biever, Sloane Schaab, Silver Schaab and Solomon Schaab; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Brian was predeceased by his parents, Alois and Kathleen Schaab.
