To all my cousins:
My sincere condolences for the loss of your Mom; but I know you will all "celebrate" her wonderful long life with millions of fond memories that you will hold very close to your heart . Aunt Katie was my favorite Aunt. When I went to Provost during my teen years for my first summer job; I was very happy to be able to go over to see Aunt Katie and Bernice, which not only helped me get rid of my "home sick" feeling, but also treated me to some of Aunt Katie's wonderful baked cookies and many other treats. I always felt like seeing Aunt Katie was like being with Mom. She had a heart of gold and a welcome that always made you feel like her home had an open door for all of us. We were a part of her family and always would be. Rest in peace Aunt Katie...Mom, Aunt Bernie, Uncle Peter and Aunt Madeleine are waiting to welcome you to their group of angels.
Rita Gillard.
