Dear Linda and all of Arnold's extended family,
Sincere condolences on the passing of a great man. Arnold was a cousin I looked up to and admired. He was always strong, but always gentle and kind.He was his father's son - with a twinkle in his eye and always ready with a joke to lift everyone's spirits.May he rest in peace, and may your memories of his gentle spirit comfort you always.
Pius and Patty Rolheiser

My sincere condolences to Linda , Arnold's children , grand children and all his brothers and sisters . While we grieve the loss of a great man lets also celebrate the exemplary life that he lived and the rewards that he earned and will now receive .
I fondly remember he had trouble saying my name Rudolph when he initially learned to speak .... he called me Uncle Dolrup and he often called me by that name even until recently . He had a great sense of humor .He maintained that sense of humor his whole life . A truly great guy . Rest in peace my dear nephew . Uncle Rudy [ Dolrup ] Sheen [ Schiebelbein ]

Linda, family & friends:
We are so sorry to hear about your loss of a wonderful Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and friend; Arnold does not have to suffer any more he is now an angel in heaven looking down on us all.
Linda when I went to the bones tournament in Macklin, Arnold always went out of his way to talk to me he was a very soft spoken and kind person. Linda I find you to be a very wonderful person also, I will never forget all the nights I spend at your house on the farm as children with my best friend Phyllis and the fun we had. “Hugs & kisses I love you”.
Our most sincere condolences go out to all of you; may you cherish and remember all the moments, special times, laughter, memories and love you shared with him.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time, may you rest in peace Arnold!

My most recent memories of Arnold include sharing videos of the Saratov Germans in Russia and of course Canada.
As well Arnold and Linda met up with my wife and me at many SK KofC Conventions over the years.
Great friends! And Linda was a Grade 12 student I taught in St Mary School in 1965-66. Also a great memory with your friend Ida W.
Childhood memories of visiting Uncle Joe’s. Great! Even though Allan’s biceps were bigger than mine!
So many wonderful family memories!
Eternal memory! Someday we’ll all be together again in a place where sickness and death are no more.
God bless you all. You are in our prayers.

Arnold will be missed by us all and fondly remembered for his quick wit and being the head of our large family. I am posting a link to a youtube video of Arnold and dad playing "You are my Sunshine" in dad's basement some years ago. Just fooling around as dad picked up an old violin from a garage sale and learning how to play it. These are memories I will cherish forever. God bless you Linda, Myrna, Carolyn and Tony and all your family that you will find the strength and peace by God's grace to make it through this difficult time.
Love from Janice and the boys
