Obituary of Theresa Phillipina Brosinsky

Theresa Brosinsky was born on October 13, 1930 in Scott, Saskatchewan but lived in Tramping Lake, Saskatchewan.  Theresa married Karl Brosinsky on November 7, 1951.  Theresa was a hard working woman and always had a big garden and lots of flowers.  They raised three children Marcie, Geraldine and Kevin.  They moved from the farm to Hearts Hill where Theresa ran the grocery store and Post Office while Karl still farmed. In the 1970’s, they moved southeast of Denzil on Highway 31 and started Green Acres Supply with Irwin Sieben.  In 1992, Theresa moved to Macklin where she lived for 24 years until 2016 when she moved to the Villa Marie Assisted Living.  In the spring of 2020 her health started failing and she was moved to St. Joseph’s Health Care facility.  Unfortunately her stay at St. Joseph’s was short and Theresa passed away on July 22, 2020 at the age of 89 years.   Theresa leaves to mourn her three children, daughter, Marcie (Doug) Park and their children Renee (Earl), Lea (Brenen) and Brett (Danielle); daughter, Geraldine (Jerome) Dieser and their children,  Jason, Myrna (Scott) and Jessica (Tanyr);  son, Kevin (Annette) and their children Jonathon and Caitlin; great grandchildren, Brooke, Jarek, Sienna, Ryker, Sam, Jackson, Zaeya, Logan and Nash, Bianca, Emma, Connor, Ava, and Wyatt; brother, Peter Sander; and sister in laws, Marlene Sander and Shirley Sander. Theresa was predeceased by her husband Karl on September 14, 1986;  her parents, Lena and Anton Sander; her brothers, Tony and Ed Sander; sister-in-law, Virginia Sander; niece, Tammy Sander; and nephew, Eugene Sander. A private funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 for the family at Denzil Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will take place at the Denzil Cemetery.
