Minnie Avis Kreizenbeck was born on January 2, 1931 to Roy and Rachel Brown at Westchester Station, Nova Scotia.

She loved her family, her friends, quilting, embroidery, gardening, traveling, baking and in her later years, her iPad which kept her close to her widespread family and loved ones.
