Obituary of Felix Feser

Please share a memory of Felix to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Felix Feser was born on September 16, 1931 at Grosswerder, Saskatchewan to parents, John and Johanna Feser. He attended Palm School. He then progressed to his lifelong career of farming, at first with his dad and older brothers. When his parents retired to Macklin, he and Alex continued a successful farming and mechanics operation. The farmstead attracted many, neighbors, and friends, sometimes for mechanical problems, but often to share friendship, stories, and laughter. Some closer neighbors could often be found at the Feser Shop. In 1981, Alex moved to Macklin and Felix carried on the farming operation. Later Felix retired and enjoyed many years of travelling the world with various friends, visiting Australia, Hawaii, Cuba, Europe, and many USA destinations. His last thirteen years were shared with his sister, Theresa at Macklin. He enjoyed golfing and succeeded in a hole in one. He enjoyed feeding numerous birds, playing cards, and visiting friends. He was a man of great faith. He will be remembered for his quiet gentle nature, his kindness and exemplary generosity. Felix passed away peacefully on November 13, 2021 at the Provost Health Centre at the age of 90 years. His memory lives on with his sisters, Theresa and Cecilia (Bill); brother, Pius (Pat); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Johanna; brothers, John, Alex and Tony; and sister, Rose.
