Obituary of Eleanor Paulgaard

Eleanor Karin Beathe Paulgaard was born June 3rd, 1932, on the farm north of Hughenden to parents, John and Johanna Oserud. Eleanor passed away peacefully, February 6th, 2022, at Provost Health Centre - Long Term Care at the age of 89 years. Eleanor will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by her children: Elton (Linda), Barbara (Michael), Henry (Natalie) and Vivian; Grandchildren, Adam (Dominique), Tyler (Sarah) and Josh Paulgaard, Ben, Adam and Emily (Jesse) Kellett, Justin, Lauren (Kale) Fredrich, Keifer (Kate), Kyra (Hayden) Paulgaard, John, and David Baier; Great Grandchildren, Katey Kellett, Eya, Sienna, Lucy, Evie and Elise Paulgaard; Step sister, Marian Johnson; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Ken; infant daughter, Blossom; parents John and Johanna Oserud and Robert Johnson; Father and Mother-in-law, Knut and Blanche Paulgaard; Sister and Brother in law, Ingrid and Gerald Knutson; Step Brother, Melvin Johnson. A funeral service for Eleanor will take place on Monday, February 14, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Central Lutheran Church in Provost, Alberta with Pastor Paul McCormick officiating. A family interment will take place at Our Saviors Lutheran Cemetery prior to the service. A live stream of Eleanor’s funeral will be available on the GFH website for anyone that is not able to attend.
