Mackenzie Grace Beckley Born Tuesday, March 1, 2022 4 lbs 1 oz, 13 1/2” long. It is with very broken and heavy hearts that we announce the birth and passing of our beautiful baby girl, Mackenzie Grace. She was born at 3:49 a.m. on March 1st and grew her angel wings at 4:15 a.m. While we only had the honour to hold her in our arms for a short time and kiss her soft pink lips, nuzzle her cheeks, her nose, and tiny perfect ears; she left an imprint on our hearts and changed our lives forever. She was so beautiful and had the most perfect little fingers and toes and a head full of black hair. We are thankful to have held her, kissed her, and had time to just be with her. How very softly you tiptoed into my world. Almost silently, only a moment you stayed. But what an imprint your footprints have left on our hearts. Justin and I would like to thank Provost Medical Centre. Dr. Malan, Dr. Deagle, Dr. Jacky Wang for supporting our family during this difficult time. To the Maternal Fetal Medicine at the Lois Hole Hospital for Women to the many specialists and techs that we have seen over the past 4 months. To Dr. Amanda Aiken & Tara Wren with the Assist team at the Stollery - thank you for supporting our family with so much love during the most difficult times. The compassion and love our family has received words truly fall short, but one thing we can truly say each of you have touched our hearts in a way we will never forget. To Jeremy, Bailey & Catherine at Gregory’s Funeral Home thank you for helping us carry out our final wishes allowing us the space to tuck Mackenzie in and for bringing her home to us. Thank you for taking our hands and walking us through this most difficult time. As overwhelming as this has been, we feel all your prayers and support and greatly appreciate every text and call that has been given. Thank you for allowing us this time to grieve and process.
