Obituary of Delicia Laureen Reichert

Delicia was born in Regina, Saskatchewan to Rosemary Dufty and Donald Harrop, and big sister, Dallas. The family moved from Saskatchewan to Alberta to settle in St. Albert, and later, Sandy Beach. She went to Onoway Jr/Sr High School and graduated in 1997. And then she met Al - the love of her life - and married him in 2002. Delicia was a devoted and loving wife and mother, a practical and patient friend, a kind and compassionate soul. She was a skilled woodworker and delighted in creating memories with her cherished family and friends.

Delicia passed away, surrounded by the love of her family, on July 27, 2022 at the Provost Health Centre at the age of 42 years.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 20 years, Allan; their beautiful children, Maya, Chase, Reece, and Dane; mother, Rosemary Dufty; sister, Dallas (Sean) Johnston; her special birthday buddy, Grandpa Joe; parents-in-law, Herb and Pat Reichert; brothers and sisters-in-law, Scot (Sherri) Reichert, Annette Reichert, Craig (Meghan) Reichert, Stu (Kelly) Reichert; nephews and nieces, James, Evan, Cole, Remy, Gavin, Hannah, Sophia, Jackson, Brynn, Benjamin, Caleb and Avery; as well as numerous other family and friends.

The family wishes to extend their deep gratitude to the wonderful staff at the Provost Health Centre for their excellent care.
