Katherine Rosaline White was born on September 4, 1935 in Macklin, Saskatchewan to Veronica and George Herle.

She passed away peacefully on August 21, 2022 at the Provost Health Centre ~ Palliative Care at the age of 86 years.

She will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by her son, Alan (Maria) and his children, Stephanie (Dallas) and Kathleen (Bobby) and their daughter, Alexia; daughter, Marcella (Daryl) and their children, Chris (Heather) and their children, Cruz, Jaxen, and Saige; Janessa (Rob) and their children, Chase, Kiptyn, and Axel; Kyle and his daughter Chursti; Jeremy (Tiffanee) and their children, Gunner, Berklee, and Harlyn; Jordan (Bailey) and their children, Briar and Ryker; son, Richard (Evyette) and their children, Ryan (Amanda) and their children, Austin, Jayce, and Brody; Amanda; son, Patrick and his son, Thomas.

She will also be missed by her brother, Wallace (Rena) Herle; sister in law, Evelyn Herle; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Katherine was predeceased by her husband and love of her life, Tom, in 1998; brothers, Daniel Herle and Maurice Herle; sister in law, Lynn Herle.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Katherine will be held on Monday, August 29, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Provost, Alberta with Father Christopher Selvaraj Rayappan SAC officiating. Interment to follow at the Provost Cemetery.

We are forever grateful to Dr. Malan and the Provost Health Centre Care Staff for the excellent care shown to our mother, Katherine. It is also incredibly important that we acknowledge the care offered by Josie Monroy. The kindness and companionship you offered our mother will be appreciated by us for our lifetime.

In memory of Katherine, donations are being gratefully accepted to the Provost Health Foundation ~ Palliative Care or to the Parkinson’s Society.
