Fay Sharon Krause was born on March 7, 1943, in Edmonton, Alberta to parents, Norman and Nancy (nee Trefiak) McAfee.

Fay passed away on June 12, 2023, at Points West in Wainwright, Alberta at the age of 80 years.

She will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, Henry; children, Candace Krause of Edmonton, Alberta; Caroline Krause of Wainwright, Alberta; Marilyn (Fred) Vandemark of Grimshaw, Alberta; Dan (Penny) Dawson of Grimshaw, Alberta; Dalerie (Dean) Leffler of Edmonton, Alberta; Ben Turzanski of Wainwright, Alberta; grandchildren, Christina McDonald; Kalinda Krause; Trevor (Brea) Johnston and their children, Emmy, Kaydin, and Ryker; Travis (Bobbi) Johnston and their son, Miles; Chenice (Mazin) Sharkawi and their children, Mila and Lauren; and James (Tiffany) Vandemark and their children, Mia, Ava, and Rae; brothers, Barry McAfee of Edmonton, Alberta; Garry (Karen) McAfee of Edgerton, Alberta; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

A funeral for Fay will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Grace United Church in Wainwright, Alberta with Rev. Anne McGrath officiating. Interment to follow at the Wainwright Cemetery.
