It was with great sadness and the deepest joy that I received the message from Colleen that your dear mother ‘went home’ to her loving Creator in the early hours of Easter Monday morning. Her own time of Resurrection had arrived! My thoughts immediately were with each of you and your families. Though I am sure you are grateful that her suffering is over, I know that along with your gratitude is the deep sadness and pain of saying farewell to a most remarkable and dear woman with a heart as big as the world. I will also miss this very dear sister-in-law whom I so admired and loved from the very day Ben brought her home to meet our family. I am so sorry that I cannot be with you in person during these precious days of ‘farewell’. Please know that my love, prayers, and deep care are present with you and your families. Holding you all in my heart.
