Obituary of Harold Goodman

It is with sadness that we announce that Harold Goodman left for his eternal home on Christmas Day at the age of 74 years. He was a hard working, kind and compassionate soul that was often described as a wonderful man with a genuine love for God, his family, towing and who could fix almost anything. Harold Lloyd Goodman was born on April 7, 1937 in Provost, Alberta. He carried on to live near Provost his entire life. Harold met his loving wife of 50 years, Beryl Maxwell while attending bible college in Calgary. On September 30, 1961 Harold and Beryl were married and together they returned to Provost and continued on to have a family of their own which included two sons and one daughter. Harold will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Beryl; children, Philip, Rodger (Corrine) and Sharon (Dwight) Popowich; grandchildren, Joshua (Carla), Alexandria, Carl, Katherine, Neil, Yewko, Katelyn and Travis; great grandchildren, Masaharu, Takayoshi and Tori; mother, Helen; sister, Norma (Cliff); aunt, Frances; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Lloyd; nephew, Bruce Paulgaard.
