Venus Elizabeth Murray was born to David & Katharine Johnstone on January 17, 1923 and passed away November 3, 2009 at the Provost Health Centre. She will be greatly missed by her son, Paul (Sheila) Murray of Provost; daughters, Kathy (Fred Lindberg) Murray of Gabriola Island, B.C., Marilyn (Ron) Hamm of Kindersley, Melanie Murray of Provost, Janet (Bob) Dickson of Chauvin; brother, Harold "Scotty" (Irene) Johnstone of Sherwood Park; brother-in-law, Robert (Mary) Murray of Provost; sisters- in-law, Dorothy Murray of Provost, Carol Murray of Provost; grandchildren, Michael (Chrissy), Robbie, Ashley, Kyle, Ryan, Lindsey (Will), Jarrett, Brett (Cindy), Chris, Blair and Stuart; great-grandchildren, Jenna, Brooklyn, Madison, Trinity, and Peter. Venus was predeceased by her husband, Walter; brother, Jack (Mary) Johnstone; sisters-in-law, Mabel (Bill) Rennie, Bella (Art) Kirk, Jeannie Murray; brothers-in-law, George Murray and John Murray.
