William Kasmer Bichel was born on November 6, 1927 to parents, Christian and Clara (Walz) Bichel at the Macklin Hospital. He was the sixth child of nine children. On March 2, 2019, William passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family at the St. Joseph's Health Centre at the age of 91 years. William will be sadly missed by his wife of 65 years, Elizabeth; three children, Gordon (Nada) Bichel, Charlotte (Bruce) Vollman and Harold (Rose) Bichel. His grandchildren, Patricia (Brian) Robertson, Heather Knorr; Mandi (Kelly) Oschner, Natalie (Tim) Cameron, Jocelyn (Dave) Nokinsky, Tamara (Troy) Edwards, Jenelle Vollman; Ryan (Carmen) Bichel, Brittney (Colin) Christie, Garrett (Shelby) Bichel and Tyler Bichel. His great grandchildren, Wyatt Robertson; Taylor, Martina, Taren, Suzannah, Rachel, Evanya, Veronica Ochsner; Landen, Preston, Mason Cameron; Avery Edwards; Benjamin Norman; Parker, Pierson, Chase, Reese Bichel; Declan, Emmeline, Rowan Christie. William was predeceased by his parents, Christian and Clara; brothers, Pius and Nicholas; sisters, Josephine, Cecilia and Alice; brothers in law and sister in law, Vincent, Richard, John, Bill, Mary, Joe, Laurie and Mark; and great granddaughter, Abigail.
